⇾ ENTER INITIALS Make sure your initials are in the correct order when entering them below. Traditionally, the middle letter is the initial of your last name. For example, if your name is Stacy Rene Wilson, you would enter them as follows: SWR.
⇾ Price includes one proof with one revision. Each additional revision will incur a $2 fee per request which must be paid prior to shipping.
⇾ Please note that color on-screen may differ from the final printed product. Sign-off on final initials and design must be made in writing via email prior to creating.
