Q. When should I place my order to make sure I receive it by December 24th?

While we cannot guarantee it will arrive by the 24th of December, below are our cutoff dates to hopefully allow enough time for your package to arrive via USPS:

DEC 10 - STANDARD SHIPPING
DEC 15 - PRIORITY SHIPPPING
DEC 20 - OVERNIGHT SHIPPING


Q. Hooray, I just placed an order! When will it arrive in my mailbox?

We know it’s hard to wait! Take comfort knowing that all orders ship from our Sarasota, Florida office within 5-7 business days with tracking via USPS. If you need your item to arrive faster, you can choose an expedited shipping option at checkout.

NOTE: Shipping times may be slightly longer than normal due to USPS delays related to COVID-19. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Q. The item I want is gone! Will it be restocked?

As our name implies, Wonder of a Kind strives to create hand-drawn, unique designs that you won’t find anywhere else. As such, some of our items are retired or are only available in limited quantities. We do this to ensure the items you love aren’t mass-produced and found everywhere. However, should a particular design or item sell out super-fast or become high-in-demand, we might bring it back for a limited run. Q. Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?

Currently, we offer priority international shipping to Canada and Australia. While we realize this option is pricey, it is the only option with both tracking and insurance should your package go missing. Prices come directly from USPS, and no additional fees are included from Wonder of a Kind. In the future, we will be looking to ship to additional international locations. Stay tuned for future shipping destination news.


Q. What if I need to do a Return or Exchange?

Wonder of a Kind does not accept returns or exchanges at this time and handles all returns and exchange requests on a case-by-case basis. In the off-chance you are not 100% happy with your order, please email us at returns@wonderofakind.com within one week (7 days) of receiving your order and let us know. Q. What happens if my phone case is scratched or chipped?

Our cases are durable, anti-scratch and scratch-resistant, but they are not scratch-proof. As with all products, your phone case will see normal wear and tear with daily use. Phone cases in general are handled all day, everyday, and come into contact with many substances, including lotions, sanitizers, soaps, etc., and it is impossible to predict what will affect the design. The same applies to our phone grips.

That said, we stand behind all our products. If you have a problem with your case/grip and you don't believe it falls under the category of normal wear and tear, please reach out to us.

Q. Do you have an affiliate program?

We currently do not offer an affiliate program. If you are an influencer and would like to chat, please send us an email at hello@wonderofakind.com.


Q. How do I double-check what phone model I have?

It is important to make sure you are ordering the correct size case for your phone model, as all sales are final

Instructions for iPhone Users:
Go to Settings > General > About. The phone's model name should be listed here.

Instructions for Samsung Users:
First try looking on the back of the phone itself to see if the model number is printed there. You can also find the model listed in the Settings menu. Pull the notification shade down from the top, and then tap the gear icon to get there. 

Note: On some phones, you may need to pull the notification shade down twice to expose the gear icon.

On the Settings screen, scroll all the way down to the bottom and look for the About Phone section. The phone's model name should be listed here.
